If one looks at the railroad history of Europe, one finds out that Saxony owned the thickest railroad network of Europe during the first half of the 20-th century. At the beginning of the 20-th century no place which further lay away than 15 kms from the next railway station or critical point for the road could be put out. The so-called small-time roads took in the lowland around Mügeln and in the Erzgebirge a central position one. For tourists seven small-time roads also are even today in Saxony in use in the application. Nevertheless, numerous distances were closed down. Here you see our videos
